I love your work outs! But mostly I really like how real you are. I can’t do the floor stuff or the high impact stuff so I fast forward past those parts. Still so worth it because I enjoy your personality and positive outlook. ❤️
Do you have workouts with no repeats
I was so exhausted and tired, so sleepy. I put my toddler to sleep, workout clothes on and here I am, 40 minutes later (hited pause few times and I was stretching little bit longer cause that is where I am today) feeling grateful and amazing. Great work Amy, tnx!

I have been doing your workouts since the pandemic started. I love them- i have never tried a kettlebell workout bc I don’t have kettlebells but I decided to preview this one and realized I do this with dumbbells! So now I have all kinds of workouts I haven’t seen or done before to look forward to. You’re awesome Amy- happy holidays to you and your family
