I loved the on screen break down you had of the exercises in each round in previous emom workouts. I can't remember what I'm supposed to do next half the time because I'm focusing on breathing! 🤣 your combinations are great in these workouts!

I usually do not get to catch the Live workouts but I do the Live workout on Sunday. I repeat one of the week’s workouts on Saturday. That way, I can workout 7 days/week. I am loving your workouts. ❤️

This was a fantastic workout Amy! Kettlebell is my favorite piece of equipment and it lends itself well to this format. I have become a big fan of AMRAP. I like going at my own pace.

More of these kettlebell workouts please Amy, I love kettlebell workouts with Bodyfit but had to stop them for a while as I had back issues but this was a great workout to get me back on the kettlebell circuit. Love your workout style and personable approach. Keep up the great work😇
