Even when I can't stick out for a workout, I love coming back here to watch the end when you take questions- I learn so much! I also kept your live March Madness workout and did it again awhile back because it was so fun with all the sports related named moves. These live workouts are so great because it's a way for you to connect with your audience and your viewers get familiar with some of the names of regular Bodyfitters! 😀

Very hard workout for me today!!! I was dripping sweat on the mat, and my mussels were really burning! I loved it, even though it was very very challenging!!

For some reason that was super hard for me today. I even got a mild pain in my left quad during the lunges so I dropped down in weight and then dropped down to tap backs. But I was where I was today and did what was best for me so I didn’t injure myself. Thank you for teaching us how to modify when needed and that we SHOULD modify when needed. I appreciate you, Amy!

I loved this so much! I can't wait for the kettlebell version on Saturday! Back to basics and then compound is so much fun. The bonus move was awesome. I had to turn my back to the tv so I had room to pop back in my bedroom so I was like "I hope I'm doing it right" the whole time! Lol 😆 I moved and feel great! Thank You
