BodyFit is on Tour! And we’re dropping by friends for workouts all across the country. Saturday we did a live with @FedandFit in San Antonio, TX. And Monday I’m in Atlanta!  Join me for a LIVE 20-Minute Hiit Workout with Weights on Monday, June 21st at 7am PT on my YouTube Channel. I’ll be working out with Ryan Dills @GeorgiaHempCompany – a close friend and someone who has been in some of my other videos. This will be a with weights workout so all you need is a kettlebell or a set of dumbbells, a mat, and little space to move. Modifications for all fitness levels.

Loved the video, also the hemp products specially the tape, my elbow always hurts, years of tendonitis, would the tape help?
Can you do more of these 20 to 25 minutes workouts, they are just perfect, thank you from Key West,work out with you every day!

I had one of your longer workouts queued up for this morning, but my alarm didn't work as planned so I opted for this shorter workout and it was GOOD! Very efficient, challenging yet doable workout. Thank you, Amy!

The eat in the Uk has been ALOT today so a quick 20 minute workout in the shade was wonderful!!
