Awesome workout! I was tired and didn't want to workout. I saw "sculpt" in the title and thought this should be easy. Smh. Never again will I assume such a thing. 😂 I am going to be so sore tomorrow.

Good morning from Spotsylvania, VA. I do your workouts before going to work. So thank you for posting them here on Youtube! I am a physician and omygolly… the affect of seeing patients via video vs in the room. Being at my desk so much … my posture really needed this. I have tried yoga but it is just not my preference! This session really opened my chest and upper back and lawdyhavemercy on the arms!!! I cannot thank you enough!!! Hugs and God bless you above and beyond all you have asked!!
