LIGHT DAYS: Strength & Stretch

Want a lighter day or a break from your intense training program? Here’s a 25-minute Strength & Stretch workout for you to start or end your day. This is a low impact workout that focuses on flexibility, balance, and strength. You’ll feel stronger and more centered at the end of this session.

Workout Type: Strength, Stretch, Flexibility, Balance, Low Impact
Difficulty Level: Beginners
Duration: 25 minutes

1) Inchworm to Downward Dog
2) World’s Greatest Stretch
3) Push-up to Bear
4) Narrow Squat & Twist
5) Reverse Lunge with Knee Driver
6) Three-Legged Dog Crunch
7) Alternate Side Plank
8) Alternate Glute Bridge Leg Extension
9) Crab Toe Touch
10) Breakdancer
