I've gained some added thickness pretty much everywhere after being on my LEAN GAIN programme so yes hopefully the size will remain after the SHRED PLAN!

This one is not in Manchester. The closest to this would the Eccles based gym around Manchester owned by Paul George!

Pretty much all Cable Work. Sometimes I'll throw in some skull crushers or dumbbell overheads but I like the cables mainly.
