Is it good if I train around 4pm? (I dont feel thirsty or hungry until 1-2hour before we can eat/drink). It's impossible for me to train at night when we can eat and drink (~10pm-3am).

Im 189 trying to get to 180, this all makes sense finally . thanks for fully explaining it in detail. DO you know a website where i can go and learn Macros? I know once i know my macros i can basically design different diets.
