Okay. So you tried to kill me today, lol. I used 15lb and 5lb dumbbells. OUCH. You know how much love rocket squats, lol. The last ab exercise got me. I did it with my legs straight but had to bend them sometimes and my back started to hurt some, so I had to hold my legs up. I have to work to strengthen my core. UGH. More of those dead bug would help :). Thanks for the great workout. Luv you.
