Play it at a slower speed — 0.75 or even 0.5 — until you get the moves! It's still a good workout at slower speed (and it makes Gandalf sound drunk 😂)

Awesome! Maybe this beautiful young woman to his left could teach a segment on an actual Jam release. We've never had a black person on a Masterclass video, and Lesmills has committed to more diversity, so why not her? She would be perfect!
