Plow & squat, impossible even in the easy mode… I cannot place all the food on the floor when squatting

I Loved all those moves…. found this video Late in April 2020 calendar…all the moves are New ….And I am soo happy I could do the advanced version of all and Finished well. I'll incorporate this regularly.

Is anyone else not able to do the saddlebag one because one arm hurts too much?? I’m not the most athletic person but I thought I was stronger than that lol

I Loved all the moves….they were all very different….from the Regular Legs exercises…..and The Plow and Squat was a Real Fun move…..I kept on doing it..
