LEGS & GLUTES Lower Body Foundation for Beginner

Did you know that your lower body can be split to your Glutes, Quads and Hamstrings? We need to train all muscle parts in order to build a strong lower body. In this workout session, I’ll take you through a series of exercises to specifically target the quads, glutes and hamstrings, while giving a lot of attention to control and technique. A good workout starts with a good foundation, so let’s get that lower body activated and ready to roll!

Workout Type: Strength Training
Duration: 37 minutes
Sequence: 3 rounds
Estimated Calories Burned: 200 – 250 Calories
Exercises:

QUADS
1. Goblet Squat
2. Forward Lunges

GLUTES
1. Sumo Squat
2. Side Lunges
3. Dumbbell Glute Bridge
4. Kickbacks

HAMSTRINGS
1. Stiff Deadlift
2. Glute Bridge Tip Toe Walk

Hello Joanna! I want to lose weight but I dont know how I can because i eat a lot of food. I eat whatever I want but still workout and I dont think I cant get results fast if i continue this. My height is 169cm and I weigh 67kg. My bmi is around 23.5. Do you have any tips or exercise I should to lose weight? E.g. running, jump roping, do ab workouts etc.. ( I am a very active person. I play sports and dance but i still cant seem to lose weight. Those things only help maintain my weight)

Hopefully this will give me a tiny butt because I have a huge fat butt and I hate it it's difficult to fit into anything and I want it shrink it as much I can if it can be super flat even better

Hi ms Joanna if i have 12 reps 3 set of goblet squat and 12 reps 3 sets of side lunges how can i execute that?

I think we have to know ourselves first,then know your limit when doing exercise..i just started my weight lost journey,strive for no injury while exercises,so i start with stretching my body(follow your video really helps),then i do plank first for 5-8mins(helps me with backpain as i hv backpain),then i start my workouts.i just follow videos that suits me which didnt put heavy burdens to my overweight body.theres many videos out there you can choose dear.but your videos is one of my fav that i include in my routine now😍.thank you joannaa!!it really helps me in slimming down.
