Get ready to feel the burn! This leg and booty workout uses ankle weights for added resistance. If you don’t have ankle weights you can always use a mini band or just your own body weight to perform this series of leg and booty exercises designed to tone, strengthen and sculpt! If you need a little extra try out this leg strength workout – since those glutes will be nice and warmed up!!

is it normal for your opposite hip to hurt during exercises like leg lifts, its to the point that I barely feel the pain in the leg that I'm lifting in comparison.

Do your lunges,squats and resistance band workouts but this was first time for ankle weights.Enjoyed the moves and could feel the benefits.Well done on another good routine.😊
