is it normal for your opposite hip to hurt during exercises like leg lifts, its to the point that I barely feel the pain in the leg that I'm lifting in comparison.

Do your lunges,squats and resistance band workouts but this was first time for ankle weights.Enjoyed the moves and could feel the benefits.Well done on another good routine.😊
