Here’s one of my workouts in Australia (:
Believe it or not, this routine contains no squats! Having a mixed and flexible workout routine allows your body to consistently work a little harder to keep up!
Workout routine below 😀
Standing single leg curls – 4×12 each leg
Stiff legged deadlift on T-Bar Rowing machine – 5 x12
Hyperextensions – 5×12-15
Single leg knee drive on hack squat machine – 4 x 12 each leg
Leg press – 4×12
Jumping leg press – 5×10
Calf Raises Superset – Step 1= 1 calf raises, Step 2 = 2 calf raises, until you get to Step 10, then go back down and repeat 3 times!
Make sure to stretch afterward and eat well!
