Front squat works more on quads and core. Back Squats works on quads,hamstring and buttocks.
Leg extensions are supposed to be really bad for your knees. Don't take my word for it though. I had an ACL reconstruction and got told by my physiotherapist to not use it he wouldn't even recommend people with good knees use it. But other than that this is an awesome workout

not sure but i think it works but i think its an isolation workout it works most of in front of ur legs where squat compound exercise works ur lower back ur quad and ur glute i think not sure
