It’s time for a quick leg day warm up routine! These exercises are a great way to warm up, activate the glutes and open the hips before you dive into a heavy leg day or HIIT workout. Follow along but be sure to spend extra time on any spots that are feeling like they may need some extra attention!

Nice warm up, but the side squats are to much froce on one spot. for the begining normal squats would be better and after that u can pressure the single leg .

I don’t know how you can only do a 5 min light warmup for heavy sessions. It won’t be effective enough. If anyone is doing a heavy leg session you need to do more

Sorry, but this is not a warm up! If you do the switch sides or forward swings and you are not warm you run the risk of injury. Be aware of this.
