Leg Day STRENGTH Workout // For LEAN Legs – Heather Robertson

It’s leg day!! In today’s leg day strength workout we are going to lean out those legs with a series of lower body exercises designed to build strength, power and definition by adding resistance. Keep your weights heavy and your movements slow and controlled. We will sneak in a few cardio bursts, obviously, to be sure we are keeping that heart rate up and burning some serious calories!

Workout Breakdown: 2 Leg strength circuits x2 rounds each. 45s work + 15s rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I’m using a set of 25lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

You are amazing💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥 I can't believe it, a great exercise I enjoyed every moment, it was strong and fun and had cardio to raise the heart rate and sweat🥵🥵 for those interested, I burned( 340 calories )with weights🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
