I’ve been feeling this injury for a long time and thought that my hamstring was just tight. So I have always stretched it out before training. But as it turns out I had a lot of built up scare tissue from an injury I had when I was in my late teens / early 20s and while doing Reverse Barbell Lunges my hamstring decided to finally let go. EDIT: If you are going to be rude just because Tony is a chiropractor you need to grow up. I understand where you are coming from as the last person I turn to for an injury is a chiro. However, if you actually WATCH THE VIDEO, you will quickly realize that Tony has experience working with athletes and spent A LOT of time doing some deep muscle work to break up the scar tissue buildup I had from years of abuse before he did any sort of adjusting or cupping. Tony was HIGHLY recommended to me by Brandon and many other pro bodybuilders at my gym. He knows his shit and I thought my community was full of more open minded, polite and supportive people. I am very disappointed in many of the rude comments left on this video and I can easily tell that the people who left them DID NOT watch the entire video. Lets be more respectful and if you have a question or disagree. How about we act like adults and debate about it in a civilized way. Thanks

Cupping is nonsense
Scott, Jason blaha has addressed your hamstring issue and I really think you should watch the video cause he's giving you basically free advice on how to fix the root problem. All this suction cupping and massaging isn't gonna fix it. I really think you should watch it, just some friendly advice.
General question for fellow fans of this channel. I’m looking to bulk, have been lifting for about a year now. Which plan do i get from muscularstrength?
Cupping. Right up there with cyro chambers, acupuncture, alkaline water, cleanses, homeopathic medicine, therapeutic touch, etc.
I don't mean to trash talk Tony or anything, but I am a Radiologist. And believe me nothing is superior to Evidence Based Medicine. Getting clinically examined by a sports medicine doctor and imaged by a MRI is the best way to go in my opinion.

A rather bizarre video, but OK. It was helpful. Scott: Getting older=even simple tasks can trigger old injuries. 🙂 Thrash your body in the gym=no problem, yet go to pick up a sock off the floor=a week on your back. Welcome to the club, man. It happens to all of us. Glad to see you are on the mend. I have a reoccurring hamstring issue myself.

Training reverse lunges yesterday I felt my hamstring getting super tight, after that a great pain came and my entire rutine just went to hell!! So I decided to come here and watch you enduring your rehab process in order to give me courage, because later today I'll be visiting the therapist!! So please Scott, wish me well lol.
