I think the whole world is obsessed with everything Kardashian. But people seem to be extra curious about Kylie Jenner. Already the teen mom has bounced back to her pre-baby body and is looking better than ever. So what does Kylie actually do? How does she have those voluptuous hips and that tiny waist? Whether it’s plastic surgery or genetics and hard work, I guess we’ll never know for sure. But what we do know is that her fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson shared her workout routine with us, so you know what that means, right? I’ve gotta try it!
Kylie’s Workout Routine:
Do 2-3 circuits of the below:
1) Dumbbell squats x 15
2) Single leg lunges x 15
3) Skater lunge x 15
4) Side lunges x 15
5) Stability ball leg curls x 15
6) Lat pulldowns x 15
7) Dumbbell rows x 15 ea
8) Dumbbell bicep curls x 15
9) Crunches x 25
10) Reverse crunches x 25
11) Ball throws x 25
12) Mountain Climbers x 60 sec
13) Plank x 90 sec

A little disappointed that you haven’t given modifications for EACH exercise for those of us doing them at home with no equipment. Also some of them you’ve mentioned the modification AFTER starting the move which is confusing 🙁

After I did this workout everything in my body hurt from my legs to arms and stomach😂😭😂but I'm going to carry on doing it I just want good results.But going to stretch more before doing it😂
I really liked this workout! Tho I felt like I missed information on several steps what to do if you didnt have any aquipment at home, like when rollin on the ball and trowing the ball but otherwise great tought and fun as Always 😀

02/18/2020 I had to modify a little and skip the ball throw (as I don't have a ball at home) and skip the plank because I HATE IT~
I did burpees instead of ball throws because I have a 2month old who was sleeping 👍
