im doing sheiko, and when i just don't feel right with the volume I do some singles or a daily max of the lift i'm training and i'm off. I think you always have to compensate the work prescribed, if you feel you can't do it or if it would be very exhausting.

After slight tears in my right spinal erector and (fairly sure) my right hamstring as well, this fella learned strict ass squat form. I'd rather throw down at 100% than risk any tears. Both of them were about 1 month apart, so I was steadily hurting and disappointed that every lift was fucked.

TL;DR – Be smart, not "tough."

Thank u Omar I always say when someone follows a celebrity workout schedule, "that is not your body though, workout what you know your body needs and can handle and gain strength in the way feels best for you in your own way"

Had one of those days today. 315 felt like 405. Dropped it back down to 275 to finish the reps.

just wanted to ask whether you have any idea on how to build up an even quadricep, especially the vastus lateralis and vastus intermedius. I have "duck feet" and i feel like it leads to my reliance on the vastus medialis, and hence a very non even quadricep… much appreciated!

It would be awesome to win the lotto or some other shit that gets me a ton of money so I can go get a house built in a mountain (with a gravity chamber, duh) and just spend the rest of my life training to become the strongest warrior in the universe, and not have any distractions get in the way. Until then, the normal people gyms will have to do.

erm…I don't know if this have been asked elsewhere on your channel, but….I was not blessed with big calves, last time I checked, they were only 14 1/2 inches or something like that…anyways, just by doing heavy squats will my calves get bigger? or should I add some isolation work? doing Exaggerated ROM Sitting Calf Raises with 10 seconds pause top/bottom, has worked wonders for me, but I'm not sure if I'm just wasting my time or what.

Great video Omar. Even for myself, trying to find time to train with a new born child plus a 3-1/2 year old toddler, plus work then also trying to help the wife. It can be a struggle, and some day's I really just don't want to lift, however I feel horrible like I have let myself down because I didn't train..

This video made it seem like outside factors will control how well you do in the gym. Though true, it's only to a certain extent. A few days last year I went in totally depressed (due to other life factors), I forced myself to go and forced myself to stay and go as hard as I could. It's safe to say that the gym saved my life a few times.

Omar for me so far the most I can squat so far after about 10 and a half months of lifting is 285. Deadlift is at 245 for 2 reps. Bench has hit a plateau on 215. Am thinking that I need to increase my reps leading up to 225 cause they are in the 4-8 rep range. Plus what do you think about me benching back to back like if do 12 reps for 190 and try to bench it again.

Ok I was at the gym and I thought I'd do some deads, you know, but I was so farty and figured since there was only dudes around it wouldn't matter that much if I let it go, let it go, I can't hold it back anymore, so I did and I let it go, let it go, I can't hold it back anymore and the zumba dancers where done at the same time. So when I let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore, they all turned towards me and not a single word was said.
So if you're about to let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore, you should do it during zumba dance lessons.

Thank you, I'm Daniel Kim Tran.

When my lifts start heading backwards. Get fatigued quickly. Lose some motivation. Hard to finish workouts, get lazy. I take a week off. Deload, take steps back. Change up my rep range, design a new routine. Or switch to an old one. You gotta want to come to the gym. When I start feeling pains I stop. If it's really bad I'll take time off at the gym till I recover, however long it takes.
