Doing today's videos and the 100 squat challenge for the day has KILLED my legs!! I can't wait to see how strong they get by the end of the month, though!
For many popsters it might seem to be easy to do all the daily workouts of the calendar, but oh my gosh, may I mention that I am REEAAALLYYY proud of myself? With this workout I completed a whole month of the calendar without any skipping for the first time!!! Thank you Cassy for motivating us all to keep practising so that we´re all having our success in fitness!!

Dear Future Grass, I did it without breaks! WAHOO! What really helped was remembering that this video is SUPER SHORT so the torture will end soon.
