A killer 🔥
I was excited to do this because I just got new 2 lb weights (just like the ones you use)! I thought the weights were excellent for ghost jump ropes and fast feet (getting the biceps and triceps involved). I was surprised to find that my weighted gloves seem to provide more resistance overall, even though they're only 1 lb. It could just be that my arms were nice and stretched after your post-workout/active recovery day stretch yesterday. Thanks as always, Heather!
Perfect workout for when you come home from work and are short on time. I did it in my kitchen right before I started making dinner. Short and sweet but it is a great cardio workout and really gets the heartrate up. Makes me want to do more but unfortunatley I need to start dinner!
