Coach question for you.
My calves are like chopstick, which i use to eat my sushi with.Delicious i must say.haha
I see a slow growth or even no growth at all.
Is this training sufficient or do i need other training as well.?
Ive heard that genes plays a part in it right.?

my calves are the bain of my life, power walking or jogging and both lock up so tight after a half mile i have to stop, agony, tried different shoes, stretching before and after, eating more bananas, drinking more water, resting…nothing seems to work 🙁

For me, for the first two miles of every run I have to take walk breaks every .15 to .25 of a mile or else my calves have intense pain and feel as if they will explode into small shreds. Help me out … have any tips for me?
