I do learned oly lifting by myself and can only do it in a commercial gym… People always end up walking 2- 3 feet behind me while I perform a snatch trying to show their dominance.
In my head, I don’t want to injure anyone especially myself if I miss. I’m used to dropping weights especially if it’s too heavy.
It even came to the point where someone came up and politely tapped my shoulder because performing a clean. I was a little annoyed but I respected the way this person approached me.
It’s good to know that there is some good that can come out of situations like this one.
Jesus fucking christ! organize a crew to knock out that guys teeth or do it yourself or even better buy me return ticket from Poland and I will do it. This guy needs someone who will teach him a lesson on how to treat people with respect!
what a c0ck$uck3r! In my local east London gym everyone does deadlift, power cleans or pendlay rows, even the guys working there, and nobody complaints. There's also a large shop right below where you can hear all the drops, but who cares? It's a bloody gym not a library!
The guy who attacked should be banned from the gym for putting the dead-lifter at risk of serious injury by kicking the bar down. If he knew that he could cause injury but did it anyway, he should be barred for life! Whatever, he should be prosecuted for assault.
That poor kid! That tool acted like he roid rage, Poor Charles, glad something positive occurred from a negative. This kid deserves a gym membership absolutely, he could be out getting in typical teenager trouble, but he’s working out in a gym. Kudos to Charles. Love your videos Omar, helps me encourage my kids in the gym, and understand what my son is talking about on certain weight lifting techniques.
Yea,he was the better man.In America,certain areas have a habit of dealing with these problems called "parking lot ambush" and it results in ruined lives on both sides.My uncle(outlaw biker 1%) got beat up in a bar and ran over and over and over them with a car in the parking lot later that night.Sometimes you need to think it over before you pretend to be a brutal killer cause the person you attack may be a REAL brutal killer.Just sayin……
This is reminiscent of one of those anti-bullying PSAs we used to have to sit through in high school, especially the way he talks about "raising awareness" for the cause. He's even donating proceeds to the victim XD
I want some real harm and humiliation to enter that assholes existance.Some stalker murderer should take him to a shack out in the woods and do a 7 day SAW episode on him

Im not a hot headed individual and I'm not trying to sound like a tough guy but if Im doing my sets and someone kicks it out of my hand it'd be super hard to not return with a haymaker. Especially when he started grabbing arms. Its crazy how adults think they can disrespect people younger than them like that. Had he done that to another adult we all know it wouldnt have had the same outcome

even if it is not allowed you cannot treat people that way. Kicking the bar like that could have caused the kid a back injury.
