His upper body is not much bigger now than in 2016 but he is at least 30 lbs heavier now. that means these lbs must be distributed on his lower body
Levrone will be ranked above Wolfe.
Levrone has proved his come back is for real and his upper body looks amazing but to win or at least place higher it depends on how his legs really are.

Kevin's genetics for size and esthetics place him at an advantage even among top tier IFBB pros. His upper body is that of an Olympia/Arnold Classic winner, in my opinion. If he can come in with legs to match that, he will definitely shake up the placings.
