Enjoyed that in a sadistic way ! Just treated myself to 2 heavier bells, so now I have 5 that I can interchange depending on what exercises are.
I will still try different people's kettlebell workouts but I keep coming back to Amy. The moves are difficult so it pushes me but they aren't so hard I can't do them. Perfect balance for me. Thank you!

I thought this would be a little torturous to get through, but it went surprisingly fast! It was definitely tiring and hard work, but very enjoyable to do.

Awesome workout, hard enough to challenge but doable for most. These full body workouts really sculpt better then just plan lifting weights and boring cardio. Thanks Amy!
By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
