Somebody seriously needs to get proper kettlebell training before they try putting out a Kettlebell workout.  A kettlebell swing is not a squat it is a hinge and you swing the bell too low.  The way you are pressing the kettlebell while doing lunges is going to sprain your wrist or worse.  You or you're going to get someone else injured if they follow this poor form.

Went to go buy a kettlebell today and the weight was too high so I used one of my free weights and did just fine, I have to get that 10 lb kettlebell though for more of a challenge..overall though I loved it!! the lunge part was when I sweat the most 🙂

I just found your channel today while doing one of Jessica Smith tv's workouts. I'll definitely be visiting often-you seem down to earth and relatable, and have come from somewhere physically that a lot of us can identify with. I'm a Mom of three who has always been blessed with a nice shape, but I want to be more toned in the usual areas and to find a healthy relationship with my sweet food habits!
