Join me for this 20 minute full body kettlebell sweat workout. This is a complete workout that uses cardio for a good sweat and will also sculpt and tone your body. This is a no repeat workout. All you need is a kettlebell and some space to move. Options and modifications for all fitness levels. Are you ready?

Great workout! I paired this with your 15 minute cardio TRX first and it was such a great cardio and strength combo. I’m putting a reminder here for myself to use my lighter kettlebell for the first part. That was so tough out of the gate 😅

No repeat is my favorite
Loved the workout 🤩🤩 It wasn't just Full Body Sweat 💦💦💦💦but there was so much Burn 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 involved too. My glutes, quads, hams, arms, all were shaking and my heart was pounding throughout the workout🥵🥵 all your short workouts are great killers😅😅😅 All your workouts are so much fun and they all go really fast even when they are 38-40 mins. long. Love your creativitiy because of which we get a great variety of quality workouts! Lots of Love, Respect, & Best Wishes! 🤗🤗
I really liked the pace of this workout. With hashimotos I have to workout slow and heavy and this felt very manageable but still challenging.
