What I love about John is that he is humble and science based. The most conditioned guy but also HYDRATED. All other pros need to take note that dehydrating does not bring condition. A hydrated and fat free muscle will look the best.

Problem with NPC/IFBB is they don’t always reward conditioning over shape and potential; especially in the NPC. Conditioning is crucial!
The guy in the red trunks is more conditioned than Keon nd the guy in the green trunks lol
