I agree that kenny k.o. should be heard.
That said, I wonder if someone came up with some solid evidence against him in the slander department. That would be one area where he could be brought down (probably pretty easily). A lot of his claims about fitness models and body builders are questionable. If they could be proven untrue and he had published content on YouTube then YouTube could be held liable. And since people follow the money any lawyer would know to include YouTube in a lawsuit against Kenny KO for content published on YouTube since (no offense intended here) Kenny KO may not have the assets (money) that someone pressing charges would be looking for.
I noticed lots of flaws in kenny ko's logic when watching his videos and the stuff he said could affect people's careers so conceivably he could be held responsible for quite a bit if someone was able to prove it.
That said, none of these points are black/white and as far as freedom of speech goes he should be able to say what he wants. But keep in mind that just because you have the right to say it does not mean it cant have consequences (even legal) and companies (i.e. youtube) have no obligation to allow you to do so on their forum.
