I usually skip over any of your 50 min to hour long workout videos and add them to my 'attempt when stronger' playlist. Who knows WHY I chose to start in with arms when it's my weakest muscle group. And those lateral – in front of body – to up – in front of body – down sequences really /really/ almost ended me 😛 And it was kind of relieving when Kelli dropped to body weight and I did too 😛 But I am proud I did all of these and finished out with weight on them all except that one. I really have gotten stronger with these workouts. Thanks so much 🙂

I love that you include the warm up, cool down and stretches! This workout was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! The stretches were pretty much exactly what my physic has instructed my to do which is fantastic! Thank you

10.28.20 the BEST upper body workout of yours! Hits every single upper body spot! I also added some cardio in between each group of exercises. Loved it!

did this with exercise bands as usual, but today i grabbed them closer to challenge myself….. my goodness, my arms are shaky and i can't even reach my head :O

Kelli <3 I was afraid of this work out but finally I tried it! I had to use 2.5 kg each and 1kg only but well ::D My hands hurt the most though?? Like palms. Also, do you have tips for doing row and rotation properly? i feel like I cant turn the right way?..

I’m 42 & getting in the best shape of my life! I’m down to 134 lbs. from 153! I’m so thankful for your videos, they are challenging me without compromising form. I’m eating Whole Foods & working out 5-6 days a week. Your videos are on virtually every morning, love it 🙌 TY!!!
