Change the title to "Kelli's BEST EVER cardio kickboxing workout". Do it. Seriously, do it.
As someone who has done all of your kickboxing videos various times, I still think this is the best one and I will always be coming back to do this workout exactly. Why? No jumping, no rushing, no equipment and still a total body sweaty routine, stress reliever and so short.

As a person that doesn't really practice kick boxing maybe you guys can slow the pace down a little bit because it's hard to keep up with Kelly sometimes. Other than that warm ups and cool downs are also helpful…

If you are able bodied enough to complete this workout, you are probably in-tune enough to realize–there is now warm up, there is no cool down, there is no rest/water break. Just be aware.
