Kali Muscle Workout Review – MattDoesFitness

In this video I have a go at and then review a Kali Muscle type workout whereby the focus is on ‘time under tension’. This basically means keeping the muscle contracted for as long as possible (within reason). I work chest, triceps and shoulders but always stay in the middle two thirds of the movement – never fully extending and never fully stretching back. It’s an effective workout but is it the best way to stimulate growth and adaptation? Watch and find out!!
