How does one keep up with all the water in take and keep on top of drinking their juice? I want to get myself a juicer but yes how would you suggest how to keep up with water and juice?

To all the people saying 801010 is the way to go: Everyone's bodies are different. There is not a "one size fits all" diet. 801010 works for SOME people, not ALL people. Some people feel great and look great on paleo, keto, vegetarian, pescetarian, or just regular vegan.
I tried the Veggie Harvest yesterday and it tasted really gross in my opinion…. i couldnt even bring myself to drink half of it, and so i threw it away…. im not sure if the lady who made it, made it wrong or its just the drink but that was a horrible first experience with the drink.
I don't know which one I like better. grins But I get both after this video.

It's not a balanced diet and if the juice is filtered it hasn't got enough fiber. Don't ruin your metabolism!
Well If i had to choose between fruit and animal products, definitely I'll choose fruit. Love you work out videos but i don't agree with all the information that you're given
Well, juicing really isn't good if it takes out the fiber in the fruit, so I would suggest 'juicing' with a blender to keep the whole fruit. But yea…. it's great for getting more nutrients in your diet 🙂 Just don't go on a fast lol.

I have to say that I agree with her on needing more veggies in your diet than fruit. I see some diets/ lifestyles on YouTube that people seem to just eat tons of fruit and eat veggies only for dinner. I was always taught that veggies were better for you than eating a ton of fruit. Isn't that why you start feeding babies veggies before fruit because its better for them, hence it would be better for adults too.

Juicing for your health!
When I do cleanses, which is a couple times a year, I don't do it for weight loss. I do it to really clean out my system if I haven't been eating the best. It really makes me feel better and more energized. And I never do it for more than 3 days. Also, I do it with Juice Press, and they actually have a smoothie and a coconut milk/meat drink that makes me feel less hungry. They also have a decent amount of fiber and protein.
the amount of sugar in the jamba juices are crazy tho..
if i could be a fruit ir vegetable ill be an apple!!!!
