I'm starting late, but I just did day 1….4 circuits in 18:30minutes with 1 minute rest in between each circuit. Does that sound right? I sure hope I can lose my last 10 pounds with such short workouts and of course great nutrition. It was super fun! Thanks for providing free workouts, Katie. Not everyone does that.
