Great video, I like his approach to de-loads, I definitely agree with him. Days where I feel sluggish can turn out to be the most productive training sessions!

I'm 15 first time deadlifting was last week, and I hit 345 at 180, this guy Jeremy is a tank.
I thought i was the shit when I pulled 355lbs my first time at 170lbs bodyweight. 405lbs at 160lbs is insane.Â
