Its all good and i see he goes all out on that squats … still if i do only squats and extensions for legs i would be out in 30 mins and it will feel like im joking around..
Prefer to spend good 1.5-2 hrs and do 3-4 quad exercises and 3 for hams along with seated and standing calfs. Cant imagine to be done with 2 exercises
PS: the way i see that bowl its more of 400 grams of food inside the bowl , but no way near 400 protein in there 🙂
