Hello everyone. I currently am 280 pounds and I am 6,3. I have meat on me but only in my mid and chest area. I have been trying to workout but I feel like I'm not doing the right things or eating the right things.. All I try to eat is rice, lean meat and some veggies. And I have no clue what workout routines to do.. If anyone could help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it. And if CT could yell at me to make me motivated that would be great lol!
