for anyone seeing this, you should know that this video and women is extremely toxic. it is OK to bloat. you dont need to debloat at all. its normal and temporary. there is nothing wrong with bloating and you shouldn’t feel the need to “debloat”. its completely normal and nothing to get rid of and fix. she has her own issues with it, dont make it your own. foods gotta go somewhere. its ok to eat/drink milk, cheese, chips, etc. its ok to live freely, dont feel bad about bloating. it’s temporary and goes away on its own.

Many of the foods you listed might contain lactose (yes even bread 🙈). You could be lactose intolerant, I started with bloating and now I have really bad cramps, maybe talk to your doctor if it gets annoying. Oher symptoms are headaches, alteration of the 💩 frequency, feeling tired and nausea.
Bloating pretty much exclusively depends on how much water you consume. Bread and sugar can negate some of the water absorption, so it makes sense that you would feel more bloated with those foods, and that's also why when you eat foods with a lot of water (cucumbers, fruit, etc) or without water sucking abilities (lean protein). Drink when you're thirsty and make sure you drink more water after eating sugar or bread.
