I think the benefits outweigh the risks in olympic weight lifting personally. My trainer drills into me these two golden rules: 'Know your limits' and 'a strong muscle is a flexible one'. If you play other sports, weightlifting can do wonders to your power and explosive strength.
Moral of the story: Cardio is bad for you
I'm taking a shit and you finish by saying on the toilet hahaha
Great video man, thanks!
Come on Omar, you're presenting the statistic to mislead people. We both know that running injuries are way less intense than a weightlifting injury.

Hey Omar! 🙂 How much are you snatching now?
how do I know if my form is right ? I am always insecure about my form .
However weightlifting injuries are a whole lot worse than running injuries IMO
wowww those injuries shown in this video are scaryy……..great video omarr
From a rugby player, there are definitely more injury prone sports.
"even you on the toilet"
weightlifting and injuries is like suicide/thumbless grip bench..not as dangerous as you would think
Yo you gotta think about the built-up injuries over time.
2:23 way too much weight for him you could see he was not going to get it as soon as it was unracked.
i am literally taking a shit right now and i am officially shook to the core
Shoulda shown an injury montage at the end..
YES
Sure running has more injuries but weight lifting injuries are more painful
there may be more of an injury and running but the severity of the injury is way higher when lifting weights this is coming from a person that loves to lift weights
"as a society I odn't know why we like fail videos" can't relate at all, they make me ache just watching them, I literally closed my eyes knowing what's coming in the bits showed here
Love being flexible
Not the same injuries
