I can’t follow unfortunately the glitch in the sound is too much. Am I the only one hearing it?

I apologize for the long comment… I don't normally comment on things, because I tend to be too wordy… but I needed to share. I made a decision to get my flexibility back 30 days ago today. I've had surgeries, and had been afraid to do yoga on my own, but don't want to go to in person classes this year. I have had a lifelong dislike of doing workouts at home, and especially a dislike of doing something in front of a computer screen, but this year has been *hard*. On top of everything going on in the world, my cat soulmate of 16 years passed away in July.

I found Yoga with Adriene simply by searching "yoga for flexibility" and did an hour of whatever came up on the auto feed every day for the last 30 days. Today, this is the video that was up. I haven't slept much in 2 days. Maybe 3 hours a night. 2 nights ago, I have no idea why I could not sleep, its abnormal for me to not be able to sleep. The man I live with injured his cornea yesterday, and has woken up screaming every hour and I bring him a hot or a cold towel, or whatever he needed… I really have a newfound appreciation for new parents right now.

But today I went to Walgreens to get him an eye patch, and the young man at the counter… all he did was be kind to me, showed me where they were, smiled, said the normal "Welcome to Walgreens", and I just cried because this year, I've had next to no interaction with humans in person. I cried a little in my car, which is also abnormal for me, and came home and put my mat down and did this practice (after searching through Meetup.com for any kind of groups to join for any kind of anything locally here because obviously I'm in need of connection)… but I have not had a breakdown/breakthrough on a yoga mat so far in my life. Nor have I, allowed myself to fully release all my emotions that were bottled up from this year. "Coincidentally", this is the practice that came up today for me and it was so absolutely perfect, and I was teary-eyed through most of it, but when you were saying "I love you" and "You are never alone", I have no idea what happened, but I cried for a long time. I want to thank you so much for what you are doing, and thank the universe for putting this all in front of me. At the first of the video, I had thought the title of this was "Yoga for Courage" but I don't see that as the title now, but it's what it was to me though. I can imagine how much courage it would take to start a live stream 45 minutes late and be so calm and present for it. I appreciate you showing up. It is so very humbling the way the universe works sometimes. And going through this day today, I have learned so much. This has really brought home to me that sometimes, when an experience is difficult (like the sound not working on a big day), the effect that the stress and energy shift may have caused, could be the thing that allows the universe to provide the experience for someone else to be set free of of lot of emotional weight she's been holding. So this may sound strange, and I may be losing my mind, but I want to thank you for having a hard morning, but being willing to show up and be there in exactly this modified way, which produced probably a very different experience than I would have had if everything had gone fine with your sound on this day…. but it was exactly perfect for what I needed. Thank you. Namaste.
