Excellent! Thank you so much for all of your workouts. I have an injury to my right arm/shoulder/neck so I LOVED the unilateral workout so that I could use less or no weight on the injured side and more weight on the healthy side.
I'm a little late to this, but this REALLY helped me figure out which side is weaker after not being able to work out too often these days from an injury! Thanks heather!
