Hey everyone, here’s a super intense HIIT workout for you. This is a great full body workout with intense exercises that you can do before or after a cheat meal. You don’t need any equipment and you can do this at home so no excuses! I currently have 1-2 cheat meals a week when I film my mukbangs for my 2nd channel and this is great routine for cheat meals. Great since thanksgiving and x’mas is round the corner!
Remember you burn more calories the higher your heart rate so go intense, but at the same time STAY SAFE. Know your limits and use the low impact exercises if you need too!

Day 6 :Omggg I'm dyinggggg!!!! But I finished the whole thing. Even though I took a few breaks here and there but I did it!!! Oh and I can feel the blood rush in my ears!!!I'm proud of myself for finishing it!!

1- my throat hurts more than my body because of my breathing💀 but I can’t believe I made it! Although I thought I was going to die
2- I’m sweating so much but I can’t believe I actually made it through again!!

4- I can tell that it’s getting easier every day:)
– I’m going to be going to dance lessens today so I won’t be doing the workout

This didn’t burn 200 calories, I burnt 60 calories doing this (I used my Apple Watch to make sure) and I am 5’5 and athletic build. Good workout, but inaccurate calorie information unfortunately 😞
Went from 125, and apple shaped at 14, to 110 broad hourglass at 16. Love ya chloe!

Hey! Whenever I see this workout before doing it feels soooooo long , I have been doing this for a while and it really effects so what you can do to make this feel smaller is divide the exercises into 5 there are 15 exercises in total so when u r done with the first 5 and then second 5 the whole workout becomes so much easier , try it!! And btw congrats on doing this workout even if haven't finished u will get hold of this , you got this!
