Time for an intense cardio AMRAP workout!! An AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) is all about doing YOUR best and getting through as many rounds of each exercise as you can within 5 minutes. Warm Up
5 Cardio AMRAP Circuits – 4 exercises, 8 reps each, as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

I was about to skip today’s video in lieu of something more strength-focused, but instead decided “let’s do this! 👊🏽” It was so hard and so sweaty 🥵, but I did it and I’m so proud of myself for finishing!!! I’m surprised how strong I’ve gotten, mentally and physically, since starting your monthly workout schedule!!💪🏼 Keep ‘em coming Heather!

AMRAPs are definitely not my favorite 😢 mainly because they are so brutal for me. This 35 minute video took me 44 minutes to complete because of how many times I had to stop. Looking forward to coming back in a few months and see if I've improved at all 09.21.21

I have to admit! This is the first workout I have done (and been doing your workouts since Jan 2020 when I found your 12 week program, one glorious day!) but this one really defeated me! The second set was agony and I usually substitute for something else if I can't do it (like the lunges in the last one because of my knee) but those Burpees+Hip twister etc combo just killed me and I couldn't keep up. So I had a little 3 minute weep that got all mixed up with sweat and make-up and got back to it with the 3rd set. It's been a hard week!!! Thanks for making me push myself though HR!!xxx

OMG that was so tough .. I had to modify on some moves and thought i was going to quit many times , slow down but got through it .Cardio is just not my thang !!

Heather, it's great to hear a sound every 5 minutes!! However, I hope that there will be a notification sound even when the movements in the set change. The sideways movements do not have a sound, so I do not know they have changed, but I miss it 😭

I could not finish the workout and was quite upset with myself but then again I pat myself for even starting this workout. Will come back again tomorrow and see how it'll go. Wish me luck!

Update!!!: I manage to finish the whole workout but I literally started to taste blood by the 5th circuit so I only managed to do two rounds. But I am so proud of myself and the cool down never felt SOOOO rewarding! Muscle memory is amazing indeed <3
