Hi Heather, this is so far my favorite ab workout from the ones you provide. Just discovered your channel und already done some hiit workouts and most ab videos. All great. What I love about your videos is that, beside amazing exercises, there is not much talking and great music. This way, if I want to repeat the video I don't have to hear some small talk over and over again. Still a bit of talking would be nice, for example just before starting a new exercise, just introduce what it's called like and how we are supposed to sit/stand/lay, similarly to the way you do it in your stretching/yoga videos. Just a suggestion because it sometimes feels a bit monotonous without any input and since you do voice-over and music, you could add some input… Thanks and all the best for your channel. Cheers

The planks are the hardest, but I believe they were longer time than the rest of the exercises like 40 seconds, it feels like an eternity, it should have been the same amount of time than the other ones, I am not sure if she meant to do 20 of them but it’s a bit confusing.
