Dear Future Grass, I did something today and I worked out while suffering FROM A COLD. Even with the cold, I still got through today's workout calendar but I'm not stretching. Don't worry, the cold is pretty new so I felt that working out wouldn't overexert my body.

22 sheets of tissues, some orange juice, and plenty of sniffles later, I'm proud to day I AM DONE!

However, I do not encourage working out if your body IS TRULY not up for it. I, Grass, have never worked out on a day where I threw up or am hacking with a cough. My body is God's creation so I'm gonna treat it like it is!
