Soooo fun, but it seems to be aimed as a bonus. If I do this routine twice a day, 2-3 times a week, will it do for a full/main core workout?
I'm currently on the 4/5 'brutal core' routine of yours but we must change routines every 3 weeks, right?

One of my favorite routines. I do it twice through , 3-4 times a week. You guys gave me a great core routine that has totally improved my game. I am a newbie martial artist so I need my core's functionality. Thanks to you, I can go back to my dojo with an improved torso, instead of worsening my physique through quarantine.
From this routine, I only replaced Side Plank Kick (Left)
+ Side Plank Kick (Right) (because I could not do those with perfect form) with Flutter Kick Toe Touch Cross + Russian Twists from your other core video https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-abs-workout-abs-obliques-and-lower-back-workout

Whenever i try to follow any sort of Abdominal work out, before i feel anything in the abdominal area, i get tension and pain in my lower back. Is that just because that area is weaker? Or am i doing something wrong
