You will never look at resistance bands the same way again after this workout! I mean, dumbbells are great but also VERY expensive. However, you can manipulate the same resistance band to do a multitude of exercises for an intense workout. Resistance bands also allow you to increase or decrease the intensity of your reps while training simply by adjusting your grip.

Great video, very tough HIT session. During this period I have only been able to workout with resistant bands + bodyweight and I'm desperate to try and maintain some lower body strength. Do you have any recommendations on how to use the equipment I have to help with my strength?

not bad at all! Digging it! I like the format inspo + music in the background. I refer slow controlled movements with resistance bands. I also love the burnout at the end but id incorporate burpees and bicycle crunches instead
Coaching, you might want to work on angles and closer camera work on hand placement for the tri extensions and band placement for hamstring work. Great video.

10 minutes? I need more time nowadays to get in the gym: 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes busy with my mouth mask, cleaning my hands and cleaning the workout machines. I'm glad I bought a set of those wonderful bands.

It was a killer routine. I just stuck to a orange one I have, that was more than enough. I had to use my bed leg for the hamstring curls and quad pulls.
