I'm normally not one to comment on videos, however, i really appreciate this upper body quick mobility routine! I didn't realize how important it is to do warm-ups like this before my workouts until a few months ago, I became very stiff and injured my back muscles because of how tight my upper body was. This has been EXTREMELY helpful for me since i have been increasing my strength training sessions for the past couple of years. Also, i really like the "Matrix" mobility routine as well, it has made a huge difference in my workouts knowing that i am using the correct muscles for each exercise, which in turn, leaves me less stiff and tight afterwards. Thank You for sharing this info, much appreciated
