More Intense Bodyweight Workouts:
Bodyweight workouts are all the rage. Why…because they can be effective and efficient muscle building workouts! Yes, that’s right, bodyweight workouts can build lean muscle if you make sure they are challenging enough to do so. That brings me to the 11/11/11 Immortals Bodyweight Workout Challenge!
With a mindnumbing blitz of burpees, single leg squats, plyometric pushups, wall pushups, split squat jumps and did I say burpees…you will see how quickly you can bring your body to the edge with this insane bodyweight workout!
Bodyweight exercises can hold the key to muscularity for a lot of people for one simple reason. They can be done virtually anywhere with virtually no equipment. That means that they can be done! If you rely on workouts that just aren’t practical because they require a television and DVD player and home workouts that use tons of equipment, you’re probably just not going to do it.

8:22.78, pretty good time, im on week six of AX1. i did change the wall shoulder pushups on the third rep because i could not balance myself, to a pike push up with my feet on a bench instead, but still pretty good. seeing results in performance!

Going through the AX-1 training camp. This was today's workout. Absolutely hated it. This guy is an absolute nightmare. Forget about the timing, I am just glad that I completed the entire workout.

I am doing AX1 right now, I have been able to do everything until today. The day I accomplish this workout is the day I will know I am "in shape"

I'm doing this as part of the athlean X program and holy fuck my wrists are about to snap and I have 11 burpees left to finish.
My stopwatch was at 7.5 minutes, but I started it at 7 box jumps. So I'll say I did this in 8 minutes to be generous. Great burner! Thanks Jeff!
First time trying this!! 9 minutes 53 seconds! I can’t even stand up let alone try to talk, I’m so out of breath. Jeff you’re amazing!!!

10:53 on my first attempt!!! But had to adjust the handstand push-ups to my strength level, by putting my feet on a bench and keeping a 90 degree angle at my hip (so that the motion is still 100% vertical for the shoulders).

This was pretty easy for me .Did it under 8:25…..THERE ARE HARDER ATHLEAN X CONDITIONING WORKOUTS LIKE 4 MINS OF HELL (3 ROUND)!!
I did this in half the time Jeff did it in……well……I watched it in half the time…….because I put the speed to X2🤣
This was no joke, especially after a leg workout in the AX-1. Got it done in 6 minutes 30 seconds.

14 yrs 2nd attempt, I completed the challenge in (8:05)that’s good for a second attempt I’ll try to get the time to (5:00) or so in 3 days,then start the AthLEAN XERO program…the grind is ON! 💪🏻🔥
